As a business that predominantly operates remotely we do not anticipate being significantly impacted, however we are taking a few sensible precautions.

We will be keeping site visits to an absolute minimum, sometimes this may require additional help over the phone or with the use of video calling. This may increase time to fix in some cases but as we’ve been operating remotely since we started we think we’ve got it covered.

If we need to visit you to access a server or collect equipment we will aim to minimise direct contact with staff. 

If anyone in your business may be impacted by Coronavirus we’d ask that you let us know so we can make appropriate decisions how best to proceed. 

We hope it will be business as usual until things settle down but we thought we’d let you know that we’re doing our bit.
