We have recently moved offices, and Networking Support Services have been absolutely invaluable in helping with the smooth transition of all our IT. Strictly speaking, hardware issues are not within our agreement with them, but, they were available to come over to the new premises before we moved and advise on the best equipment that we needed to purchase, and then they helped us with the move when it actually happened. They even advised on the matter of the new phone system, and all the inherent mysteries of telecoms! Issues are always resolved at the first point of call, and the need for recall is not usual. Lastly, I always contact them first should we need to purchase any new equipment – as they always knows what is best for our individual requirements, and can guarantee the best place to purchase.
